Disclosure of personal data to third parties Except in the cases of order processing listed above, we will only disclose your personal data to third parties if - you have given your express consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, - this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, - in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Through this agreement, Google assures you that they will process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and that they will safeguard the rights of the data subject. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that Google will shorten the user’s IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The IP address will not be merged with other Google data.
We do not use Universal Analytics with User ID offered by Google. The data collected may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. User data collected via cookies is automatically deleted after 365 days. The information generated by the cookies set by Google Analytics about the use of our website is transferred to Google in the USA and processed there. The transmitted data is exclusively pseudonymized; it is not possible to draw conclusions about your name. Beyond that, we only transfer your data if you expressly consent to Google processing it. In this case, with knowledge of the risks described in section 4.2, you also consent to your data being transferred to the USA in accordance with Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR.
